We've transformed the 3rd floor of our facility into a creative work and meet environment that offers a variety of spaces for rent, such as offices, coworking space, meeting rooms, and banquet hall. When you rent a Meetspace, all the profits from your booking helps cover the costs to sustain our building as we work on developing the great vision for The Great Falls Center.

Meetspaces at The Great Falls Center has several excellent rooms available to serve your team and amplify your work.
Our Meeting Packages are available for up to 60 guests at hourly rates. Hosts may bring in food and nonalcoholic beverages. Our variety of rooms are perfect for meetings, rehearsals, small group gatherings, conference, trainings, or classes.
Conference Room: $75/hour
- 480 sq.ft. room with 4 (3' x 7') conference tables, 20 chairs, a TV Monitor with Chromecast, and unlimited Wi-Fi.
- Up to 20 guests
Multi-purpose Room: $75/hour
- Approx. 430 sq.ft. versatile room includes a TV Monitor with Chromecast and unlimited Wi-Fi.
- Up to 25 guests
Meeting Room: $65/hour
- Approx. 400 sq.ft. room with comfortable furnishings and unlimited Wi-Fi.
- Up to 15 guests
Coworking Room:
- 3,200 sq.ft. open coworking space with window-lined walls for natural light, kitchenette, an array of casual seating, and unlimited Wi-Fi
- Up to 60 guests
- Monday--Thursday: $100/hr
- Friday--Saturday: $120/hr
Reception Room:
- 3,362 sq.ft. open event space. Unlimited Wi-Fi included.
- Up to 60 guests
- Monday--Thursday: $100/hr
- Friday--Saturday: $120/hr
+ Additional Costs for table & chair setup ($150), tablecloths ($20 x linen), extra rooms, or elevator operator ($20/hr)
event packages
Host your next celebration at The Great Falls Center! Our Event Packages grant you multiple hours and the ability to include additional vendors, such as caterers, bartenders, entertainers, or DJs. Spaces are available for parties up to 200 guests (up to 300 beginning in May 2027).
Small event package
Up to 70 guests | Prices starting at

- Full use of Cocktail Hour Room (3,200 sq.ft.) OR Reception Room (3,362 sq.ft.)
- Up to 70 guests
- 4 hours total (setup, event, and cleanup) between 8am and midnight
- 1 Elevator Operator

- Friday: $1,150
- Saturday: $1,300
+ Additional Costs for table & chair setup ($150), tablecloths ($20 x linen), food warmer & ice maker ($150), extra rooms, hours, or additional staff.
Medium Event Package
Up to 120 guests | Prices starting at

- Full use of Cocktail Hour Room (3,200 sq.ft.) and Reception Room (3,362 sq.ft.)
- Up to 120 guests
- 6 hours total (setup, event, and cleanup) between 8am and midnight
- Guest Tables & Chairs
- 1 Elevator Operator (setup & cleanup)

- Monday--Thursday: $2,300
- Friday: $2,500
- Saturday: $2,700
+ Additional Costs for tablecloths ($20 x linen), food warmer & ice maker ($150), ceremony ($750), rehearsal dinner ($1000), day before access, and additional rooms, hours, or staff.

- Guest tables & chairs, plus catering tables, decorative furniture, 2 vintage bars, and wood arch backdrops and room dividers
- Refrigerator, Freezer, Food Warmer, and Ice Maker
- 1 Venue Coordinator, 1 Elevator Operator, 1 Parking Attendant, 1 Changeover Staff, 1 Cleanup Staff

- Friday: $5,500
